We start by getting to know your business and its culture inside-out. From there, we are unusually and deliberately channel-agnostic in our search. We don’t confine ourselves to just networking or market-mapping, trawling social media sites, or relying upon our ‘black book’ of contacts, extensive though it is.

We are holistic in our approach. We will explore every connection, every route, every portal and every database to find the best possible person for you, not just the best we could find on a given database. But what really make us different are our values – a rare combination of integrity, tenacity, accuracy and delivery.

Delivery

Cobalt has never failed to appoint. Unlike traditional models, Cobalt charges only 1/3 as an upfront retainer with the remainder of the fee charged on successful hire. We need to know that our clients are satisfied before we charge them. It is why we have the confidence to replace people for free within the first 6 months, even though we have never had to do this. We have faith in our ability to get the right results, every time, all the time.

Delivery

Cobalt has never failed to appoint. Which is why we don’t charge on the traditional model that means you will have paid 2/3 of the fee before you’ve found your perfect candidate.
